By accessing or using RepurposeAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. RepurposeAI is operated by Anand Nagarajan ("we", "us", or "our").
RepurposeAI is an AI-powered content transformation tool that helps users repurpose their content into multiple platform-ready formats including LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, email newsletters, and more. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate new, original content based on user-provided input.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to RepurposeAI. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that: • You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and submit the content • Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party • You have obtained all necessary consents for any personal information contained in your content • Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations RepurposeAI is designed to help you repurpose your own content. We do not encourage or endorse the submission of content you do not have rights to use. Users who submit third-party content without proper authorization do so at their own risk and liability.
Content you submit remains your property. The AI-generated outputs produced by RepurposeAI based on your input are provided to you for your use. RepurposeAI does not claim ownership over your input content or the generated outputs. RepurposeAI's platform, technology, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or technology • Use automated scripts to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
RepurposeAI offers paid subscription plans processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at anandraju122@gmail.com for a full refund.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepurposeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
